The only recent situation was last week with a gentleman calling about a claim who became upset when Nicole explained that our office cannot determine fault. Claims decisions are made directly by the insurance claims department, not in our office. Nicole is a kind and professional team member who always treats our clients with respect. We regret that there may have been a misunderstanding, and we encourage anyone with concerns about a claim to contact the claims department so they can get the answers they need.
